10 1/2 LESSONS FOR LEADERS

Your foundation for lasting leadership change.

This flagship workshop builds confidence, clarity, and courage for leaders at all levels in your organization. And it's designed on the principles of effective teaching, drawing from decades of research in the scholarship of teaching and learning.

Over two days, participants learn 10 frameworks particular to leadership, each distilled into a single memorable, sticky, phrase. Each framework is ideal for situations when leaders need to strengthen trust across their team while ensuring the quality of the team's output.

Participants also learn and practice the fundamentals of coaching. They're equipped with resources and guides to help integrate coaching into their day-to-day leadership. Coaching is ideal for situations when leaders have established trust and want to empower their colleagues to resolve problems using their internal wisdom.

This workshop is successful for anyone with a leadership role: faculty, staff, even students and executives. 
 

PQ2: POWERFUL QUESTIONS SQUARED

Your path toward creating a coaching culture.

This is not your typical workshop where people learn a concept, discuss it at their tables, and then share out.

Instead, this short workshop is elegantly simple: participants learn why powerful questions create coaching conversations, observe and evaluate powerful questions in action, and then practice themselves.

Attendees leave with the confidence to embed coaching conversations into their daily interactions, and the resources to keep them focused and grounded. 

PQ2 is powerful as a stand-alone workshop session or pre-conference workshop. For folks who are interested, it is a powerful entry point into 10 1/2 Lessons. 

 

THE PURPOSE ACCELERATOR

Based in neuroscience and therapeutic healing

Many leaders feel caught in what feels impossible: they want to lead from their own values, support their institution, and care for themselves. Usually something has to give. And usually its self-care. 

But exhausted, frustrated leaders cause damage for the whole team—even without meaning to. Neuroscience and therapeutic healing give leaders the tools they need to understand their emotions and teach their brains new, more effective ways to understand their experiences.

The Purpose Accelerator teaches two healing cyles that work together, and provides a safe place to practice. Leaders emerge feeling calm, confident, and grounded.
